Associate HR Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the People Team and Business Unit managers to ensure consistent HR practices
• Facilitates conflict resolution and investigates misconduct to promote positive employee relations
• Provides strategic consultation on organizational structure and ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a global, matrixed environment, or equivalent combination
• Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations and performance management
• Experience consulting with senior managers to develop and implement HR strategies
• Experience in investigating employee relations concerns and influencing conflict resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office software for report construction and data analysis
