Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the People Team and Business Unit managers to ensure effective HR practices
• Facilitates conflict resolution and investigates employee misconduct, recommending appropriate actions
• Provides strategic consultation on organizational structure, job creation, and operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a complex environment, or equivalent combination
• Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations and performance management
• Experience consulting with senior managers to develop and implement HR strategies
• Experience managing employee relations concerns and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office software for reporting and data analysis
