Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate HR Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the People Team and Business Unit managers to ensure consistent HR practices
- Facilitates conflict resolution and investigates misconduct to promote positive employee relations
- Provides strategic consultation on organizational structure and HR best practices while coaching managers on performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a complex environment
- Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations and performance management
- Experience consulting with senior managers to develop and implement people strategies
- Experience in investigating employee relations concerns and influencing conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office for report construction and data analysis
