Job Summary

As a strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple states, the full-time Associate HR Director will manage HR initiatives, promote employee relations, and ensure the delivery of best practices in talent management and organizational development within the Western United States and Canada division.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the People Team and Business Unit managers to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality HR practices
  • Promote positive employee relations by facilitating conflict resolution and investigating misconduct in accordance with organizational policies
  • Provide strategic consultation on organizational structure, job creation, and operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management
  • Proven experience consulting with senior managers to develop and implement people strategies
  • Experience in managing employee relations concerns and facilitating conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in MS Office software for reporting, data manipulation, and analysis
