Job Summary
As a strategic advisor to business leaders in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, the full-time salaried Associate HR Director will manage HR initiatives, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure effective HR practices across the WUSCAN Division.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Serves as a primary liaison between the People Team and Business Unit managers to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality, consistent HR practices
- Promotes positive employee relations by facilitating conflict resolution, investigating misconduct, and recommending remedies aligned with organizational policies
- Provides strategic consultation on organizational structure, job creation or elimination, and operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a global, matrixed environment, or equivalent combination
- Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management
- Experience collaborating with senior managers to develop and implement people strategies
- Experience managing employee relations concerns and influencing conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office software for report construction and data analysis
