Job Summary
As a strategic advisor to business leaders across the Western United States, the full-time salaried Associate HR Director - CO Licensed will manage HR initiatives, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure effective HR practices in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Serve as a primary liaison between the People Team and Business Unit managers to ensure alignment and delivery of consistent HR practices
- Promote positive employee relations by facilitating conflict resolution and investigating misconduct in alignment with organizational policies
- Provide strategic consultation on organizational structure and operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a complex, global environment
- Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management
- Proven experience in consulting with senior managers to develop and implement HR strategies
- Experience in investigating employee relations concerns and influencing conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office software for reporting and data analysis
