Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Generalist to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR function through various stages of the employee lifecycle, including performance management and career development
• Maintain HRIS integrity and assist in developing reports to track and analyze HR metrics
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and support recruitment activities

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional HR experience with familiarity in standard HR practices
• Basic understanding of HRIS platforms and proficiency in Google Docs or MS Office programs
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
