Associate II, Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate II, Multilateral and Bilateral Partnerships to support the growth of partnerships with multilateral institutions and non-US bilateral agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on multilateral and bilateral agencies to inform account strategies
• Support the implementation of funder account and engagement strategies, including coordination for partner meetings
• Contribute to the development of client-facing materials and assist with internal and external communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, international development)
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in partnerships, fundraising, or resource mobilization
• Experience working with multilateral and non-US bilateral funders is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in the nonprofit or global development sector is preferred
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
