Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of groups under 500 lives, coordinating with multiple departments for timely onboarding
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives during finalist meetings and maintain relationships with various teams
  • Research installation issues, develop resolutions, and act as a liaison between IT and customers for eligibility feeds
Required Qualifications
  • Entry-level professional role with a basic understanding of the field
  • Demonstrates fundamental knowledge within the job family, learning through experience
  • Experience with products such as Supplemental Health or Group Benefits is preferred
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers via various communication channels
  • Ability to manage and resolve issues appropriately, escalating as necessary
