Associate Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding experience and transition to software applications
• Document, coordinate, and monitor implementation projects
• Establish strong client relationships and ensure customer needs are met

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years experience in a client service position with face-to-face client exposure
• Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office Suites
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround
