Associate Information Security Auditor

Job Summary

To support the growth of the cybersecurity team, the full-time Associate Information Security Auditor will evaluate and oversee audit controls, assess compliance with internal standards, and collaborate with various business units in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and review required controls in accordance with the organization's information security program
• Actively participate in information security audit engagements and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
• Monitor security incidents and perform incident response to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in IT auditing, security operations, or a related position
• Familiarity with CIS control and compliance evaluation requirements, such as ISO27001 and NIST frameworks
• Knowledge of the CIS Critical Security Controls and MITRE Framework
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position
