Key Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and metrics for performance and availability, perform trend analysis, and generate reports
• Configure and maintain alerts and remediation workflows across assigned platforms
• Write automation code to support routine operational tasks and assist in designing technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• 6+ months of experience in infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage, and cloud platforms
• 6+ months of hands-on scripting experience with automation scripts
• 6+ months of experience with source control, continuous integration, and programming concepts
• 6+ months of experience adhering to security standards and compliance protocols
