Job Summary
To improve the reliability and stability of customer-facing production infrastructure, the full-time Associate Infrastructure Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with teams to maintain monitoring tools, enhance application reliability in Kubernetes, and debug production issues.
Key responsibilities
- Empower engineers by maintaining monitoring tooling and collaborating on best practices for observability
- Enhance application reliability in Kubernetes through resource optimization and ensuring scalability
- Participate in on-call and incident response processes while collaborating with Customer Support and Sales teams
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience operating or debugging distributed systems in a production environment
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes workloads and familiarity with GitOps tools
- Proficiency in using an infrastructure-as-code tool (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
