Job Summary
Supporting the West Coast Sales Team, the full-time remote Associate Inside Sales Manager will achieve lead generation goals, develop social selling techniques, and collaborate with Business Development Directors to expand client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieves quarterly and annual lead generation goals as outlined in the sales incentive compensation plan
- Develops sales cadence and follows up on leads while maintaining frequent contact with clients
- Collaborates with Business Development Directors to create territory plans and manage client expectations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field
- Internship, co-op, or academic project experience demonstrating exposure to sales or customer engagement
- Foundational understanding of sales concepts and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated interest or experience in social selling and digital engagement tools
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
