Associate Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Instructional Designer, 6-12 Literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to program planning, curriculum mapping, and the creation of prototypes
• Support the design and implementation of custom digital curriculum tools and participate in user testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and schedules are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in digital content development
• Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
• Ability to create animated and interactive content
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices
