Associate Instructional Designer
Job Summary
To support the development of engaging eLearning experiences, the full-time Associate Instructional Designer will design, build, and manage customer-facing courseware using Storyline, collaborating with product managers and subject matter experts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning courses, assessments, and learning games
- Utilize AI tools to research and create course storyboards and project roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure courseware meets quality standards and strategic goals
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of instructional design experience or related coursework and projects
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 or similar authoring tools
- Understanding of instructional design principles for adult learners
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, visual design, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills for clear communication of complex material
