Associate Instructional Designer
Job Summary
To support the development of engaging eLearning content, the full-time Associate Instructional Designer will manage the end-to-end process of storyboarding and building courses using Storyline, collaborating with subject matter experts and product managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build engaging digital learning courses, including video, animations, and assessments
- Utilize AI tools to research and create project roadmaps and course storyboards
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and release courseware while ensuring quality standards are met
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of instructional design experience, including internships and coursework
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar authoring tools
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, visual design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Grounding in instructional design principles for adult learners
- Strong writing and editing skills to clarify complex material
