Job Summary

Associate Intake Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for assisting the Intake & Assessment Division in handling inquiries related to domestic-animal and wildlife-cruelty issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming telephone calls and emails, providing responses or referrals as needed
• Conduct research on cruelty-to-animals and animal-neglect issues
• Manage cruelty-to-animals and animal-neglect cases while maintaining confidential files and reports

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Thorough knowledge of animal rights issues
• Ability to handle public calls calmly and professionally
• Commitment to a healthy vegan lifestyle
