Job Summary

To support a large-scale customer integration modernization initiative, the contract Associate Integration Technician will manage client migrations from legacy software to the AlignOps native integration platform, ensuring a seamless transition while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule migration meetings with clients, ensuring project timelines and targets are met
  • Execute technical implementations and troubleshoot issues during client migrations, particularly from QuickBooks Online
  • Document technical issues and escalate complex problems to engineering and cross-functional teams as needed
Required qualifications
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira
  • Hands-on experience using spreadsheets to manage client data sets
  • Basic understanding of data hygiene and validation principles
  • Keen attention to detail for accurate documentation and client configurations
  • Ability to lead interactive meetings and troubleshoot software issues effectively
