Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate IP Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Support IP systems operations through design, development, and management of processes and workflows
Lead projects and guide process improvement activities across various systems
Assist in implementing metrics, dashboards, and efficiency gains within the department

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
Experience using and managing IP management/docketing software, preferably Anaqua
Knowledge of patent and trademark lifecycle processes
Experience in developing IP operations processes and documentation
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
