Associate IT Analyst

Job Summary

To support the optimization of software applications, the full-time Associate IT Analyst will provide day-to-day support, perform workflow assessments, and manage application-related issues in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and optimize software applications, including builds, upgrades, and enhancements
• Analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases, and make recommendations for process improvements
• Develop system test plans, perform testing of software upgrades, and manage problem, incident, and change requests

Required qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience with a degree or 3 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Exposure to inpatient hospital settings and related workflows
• No specific certification or licensure requirements
• Ability to work closely supervised with limited complexity in problem-solving
• Demonstrated knowledge of Epic Inpatient applications is preferred
