Associate IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple technology projects from initiation through implementation, the full-time Associate IT Project Manager will ensure timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates project planning, schedules, and resource allocation, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts
• Evaluates project progress, manages conflicts and risks, and provides regular updates on status and deliverables
• Facilitates the development of project scope statements and proactively manages changes to project scope, schedule, and budget

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Healthcare (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience managing large, complex IT projects
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Project Online
• Basic understanding of project management processes, standards, and methodologies
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred
