Associate IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Managing technology solutions, the full-time Associate IT Systems Engineer will monitor, install, configure, and troubleshoot systems while providing technical support and developing automation scripts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters and containerized applications
• Manage and optimize Linux systems across development and production environments
• Document configurations, procedures, and runbooks while collaborating with development and operations teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in technology design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their integration
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience implementing and managing technical solutions in large-scale systems
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
