Job Summary
Supporting client success in a fully remote capacity, the Associate Large Market Consultant will build and maintain relationships, coordinate projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful account management.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful account management
- Coordinate multiple projects and timelines while ensuring accuracy and meeting established deadlines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, resolve issues, and support business objectives
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or another client-facing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with CRM platforms and project management tools is preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding client service
