Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Support the development and revision of engaging training materials and coordinate logistics for training sessions
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and collect feedback to measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development, training, or human resources support role
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration is a plus
