Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across departments
Identify and assess legal risks, developing mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing with a State Bar
3+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
Experience with data privacy and security laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
