Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel in Mountain View, CA / Remote friendly (US + Canada Only).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide broad-based transaction support across various functions
- Review and negotiate contracts, including NDAs and vendor agreements
- Support compliance programs, privacy compliance, and track regulatory developments
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in at least one state bar
- 2-5 years of legal practice experience
- Corporate generalist experience, preferably with technology companies
- Experience or interest in privacy, security, & data protection
- Strong business judgment and ability to work independently
