A company is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel I for North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the drafting and review of employment, commercial, and corporate agreements
• Provides legal advice on employment law, contract negotiations, and corporate matters
• Identifies improvements to contract management processes for enhanced efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience, preferably with a background in cross-border employment law
• Specialist knowledge of employment law
• Proactive, autonomous, resilient, and adaptable
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
