Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel I NAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the drafting and review of employment, commercial, and corporate agreements with minimum guidance
• Assists in providing accurate legal advice on employment law, contract negotiations, and corporate matters
• Identifies and suggests improvements to contract management processes to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience, with a strong background in cross-border employment law matters
• Specialist knowledge of employment law
• Proactive, autonomous, resilient, and adaptable
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
