Associate Life Examiner

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Life Examiner will review and process Group Life, AD&D, and Waiver of Premium claims, ensuring accurate decisions and payments while providing compassionate service to policyholders and beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate claims based on policy provisions and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with policyholders and beneficiaries to gather necessary documentation
• Maintain clear and defensible claim records while issuing accurate payments

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Medical background is a plus
• Comfort with multiple systems and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
