Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate LMS Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations within the Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage training matrix creation, maintenance, and reviews in collaboration with business and course owners
  • Oversee the rollout of training courses and ensure compliance with LMS standards and specifications
  • Support LMS maintenance, including system development, data integrity monitoring, and troubleshooting technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of training matrix management and course administration
  • Familiarity with LMS compliance and quality control processes
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and vendors on LMS operations
  • Ability to prepare reports and implement metrics related to LMS performance
