Job Summary
Supporting a leading life sciences client, the full-time Associate Maintenance & Reliability Engineer will develop and implement a comprehensive spare parts program while working in a hybrid environment based in Rahway, NJ or Elkton, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of a site-wide spare parts program for various assets
- Perform critical spare parts analyses to identify recommended inventory based on equipment criticality and operational requirements
- Enter and maintain spare parts master data within the client's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in a STEM field or trade certification in a related discipline
- Ability to interpret equipment drawings, OEM manuals, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience in maintenance, reliability, or spare parts management is preferred
