Associate Manager, Ad Effectiveness

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Ad Effectiveness Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating internal teams and ensuring timely communication with clients
• Oversee report writing and analysis, providing coaching to analysts and presenting insights to clients
• Engage directly with clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction with deliverables

Required Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of project management experience
• At least 2+ years of experience in Market Research, including data analysis and report writing
• At least 1+ years of experience in client management
• Interest in cognitive neuroscience and its applications to marketing research
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
