Associate Manager Air Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager Group Air Operations to assist in supervising a team of agents and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of agents booking worldwide travel and ensure excellent customer service
• Assist in daily operations, including monitoring email/call volume and addressing agent/client issues
• Provide training and coaching to agents on policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 5 years of experience in travel consulting or group air operations
• Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS and experience booking international travel
• Experience as a team lead or mentor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and capable of navigating multiple applications
