Job Summary

Championing data-driven strategies, the full-time Associate Manager, AIDM Analytics will enhance analytics initiatives and support cross-functional partners in a hybrid work environment while focusing on AI-driven marketing intelligence and data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve applied analytics and strategy for digital teams
• Drive technology implementation, data QA, and regression testing across various platforms
• Own AI-driven marketing intelligence by analyzing customer behavior and recommending strategies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or related roles
• Experience supporting cross-functional governance processes and stakeholder communications
• Strong background in developing executive presentations and strategic communications
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
