Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, DashMart - Category Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as General Manager for key retail categories, overseeing performance metrics such as selection productivity and profitability
• Develop and implement category strategies, including assortment architecture and pricing tiers
• Lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize category performance

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional experience in high-performance cultures
• Experience in e-commerce, physical retail, or startup environments preferred
• Background in category management or retail buying is a plus
• Proficient in data analysis, including SQL and Excel
• Completed a BS/BA Degree
