Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from client kickoff through delivery, coordinating internal teams and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Oversee client deliverables, including report writing, analysis, and presentation of insights and recommendations
  • Engage directly with clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables


Required Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of project management experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Market Research, with data analysis and report writing skills
  • At least 1+ years of client communication and management experience
  • Interest in cognitive neuroscience and its applications to marketing research; background in psychology or neuroscience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
