Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from client kickoff through delivery, coordinating internal teams and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Oversee client deliverables, including report writing, analysis, and presentation of insights and recommendations
- Engage directly with clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of project management experience
- At least 2+ years of experience in Market Research, with data analysis and report writing skills
- At least 1+ years of client communication and management experience
- Interest in cognitive neuroscience and its applications to marketing research; background in psychology or neuroscience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
