Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of senior analysts in supporting CRM initiatives
Provide recommendations, complete analyses, and participate in the development of new operating procedures and metrics
Leverage technology to provide guidance on phone consultant performance and create data products to support analysts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 3 years of analyst experience
8 years of analyst experience in lieu of a degree
Leadership, mentor, or project management experience
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Technical proficiency in SAS, R, or Python with proven aptitude to learn
