Job Summary

Leading a team dedicated to operational excellence, the full-time remote Associate Manager, Florida will manage complex escalations, eliminate process roadblocks, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve business challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Mentor team members to foster a positive workplace culture and build future organizational leaders
• Manage daily team operations, performance measurement, and cross-functional communications with indirect budget oversight
• Oversee grievance and appeals workflows, serving as the primary escalation point for complex cases and using data to drive improvements

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing a team within a production environment or contact center
• 2+ years of experience working in a collaborative environment with diverse teams
• 2+ years of experience implementing operational excellence
• 2+ years of experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
• 2+ years of advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities
