Associate Manager, Global Payroll

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Global Payroll (Remote - East Coast US).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries
• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations and manage payroll tax reporting
• Lead and develop the Payroll Team while collaborating with Finance, People Ops, and Legal

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on payroll experience with multi-national payrolls
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
• Professional payroll certification is preferred
• Experience leading or managing a team
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll platforms such as CloudPay or ADP
