Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and retention for DoorDash's New Verticals, the full-time Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing will lead strategies focused on developing consistent ordering habits, create go-to-market plans across various channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the habituation strategy to enhance repeat engagement and communicate DoorDash's value proposition
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-app channels
- Analyze consumer insights to inform marketing and product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer motivations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2C environment, focusing on retention and product marketing
- Fluency across the marketing mix, with experience in organic social, brand, and paid channels
- Proven success in driving retention and customer engagement through lifecycle or growth marketing
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree required
