Job Summary

Leading key workflows for merchant fees, billing, payouts, and tax application, the full-time Associate Manager, Merchant Finance will manage the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap and enhance operational processes for U.S. Enterprise New Verticals merchants while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee workflows related to merchant fees, billing, payouts, and tax application for U.S. Enterprise New Verticals merchants
• Act as the Product Operations partner, representing merchant needs in product prioritization discussions
• Design and enhance processes to resolve payment, invoicing, and tax issues, ensuring clear ownership and escalation paths

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, or product operations
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including pricing, fees, discounts, taxes, and payouts
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as spreadsheets or SQL to size problems and track performance
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing multiple teams and senior leadership
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to various audiences
