Associate Manager of Client Services

Job Summary

To support the growth of client relationships, the remote Associate Manager of Client Services will enhance market share, open diverse service lines, and prepare proposals while managing accounts within the High Potential Small Accounts segment.

Key responsibilities:

• Enhance market share through market development and competitive analysis
• Open diverse service lines and prepare proposals and statements of work
• Maintain healthy client relationships and identify opportunities within client organizations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education
• 7+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management within the BPM industry
• Experience in the Services, Utilities, Telecom, or Oil & Gas industries
• Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and BPM service offerings
• Ability to create business cases and perform financial analysis
