Associate Manager of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of US Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, testing, and implementation of the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program within the SuccessFactors LMS
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to schedule and deliver orientation content and serve as the primary point of contact for NEO logistics
• Continuously assess and enhance the new hire experience by tracking program metrics and identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• No prior experience necessary; open to entry-level candidates
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
• Experience in project management is beneficial
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
