Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts to coordinate staffing models for Field and Commercial Lines organizations
• Update staffing forecasts and key metrics while developing insights from data
• Partner with leadership to provide staffing guidance and operational solutions based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing analytical talent
