Associate Manager of Marketing

Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Associate Manager of Marketing opportunity responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention while managing commercial lead generation campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial lead generation strategies and oversee the creation of marketing materials
• Develop and implement special programs to improve customer acquisition and analyze their effectiveness
• Provide operational support for marketing and sales automation technologies, including CRM and Marketing Automation software

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR 4+ years professional work experience
• 4+ years' experience in marketing or advertising
• Understanding of analyzing sales and marketing initiatives for success and profitability
• Successful experience in project management and process administration
• Strong Excel and Office Suite skills, with knowledge of CRM or Marketing Automation Software preferred
