Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager for Operations and Procurement (AMOP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the COO in developing and tracking the annual Operations Department work plan and deliverables
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and ensure compliance with policies and donor requirements
  • Coordinate travel logistics, inventory management, and capacity building for U.S. and International Programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, international relations, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit setting
  • Knowledge of donor-funded regulations, including 2 CFR 200 and FAR
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
