Job Summary
To support a growing beauty brand, the full-time remote Associate Manager of Paid Search will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing, focusing on data-driven growth and effective budget allocation to achieve key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Lead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns to drive results and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
- Proficiency in Google and Bing ads platforms, including Google/Bing Merchant Center
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Creative problem-solver with excellent organizational and time management skills
