Associate Manager of Talent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage talent sourcing and procurement for marketing campaigns, including negotiations and contract management
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to pitch talent-led campaigns and maintain a strong network of industry relationships
• Oversee administrative tasks related to contracts, billing, and performance metrics for influencer campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, casting, or production
• Experience in talent booking and knowledge of the media and social landscape
• Familiarity with FTC and SAG/AFTRA guidelines is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
