Key Responsibilities

• Drive core brand strategy and establish growth plans for sub-brands within the portfolio
• Manage full P&L and marketing budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Lead innovation and renovation project management to enhance portfolio positioning and market share

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of international marketing experience, including innovation management
• Experience in brand or category management
• Proven track record in innovation and renovation project management
• Strong understanding of sales/marketing funnels and operator lifecycle
• Experience with digital tools and brand communication strategies
